- All materials are shipped by our regular service (usually UPS).
- All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis, including rush orders and fax orders.
- Overnight or air shipments will be made upon receipt of customer's clear written instructions. Customer will be charged accordingly.
- Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all overseas destinations should budget 20% of the total order for surface shipment. Call 860-434-1045 for air shipment charges before ordering.
- No C.O.D. orders.
- Orders may be faxed to 860-434-6900. The fax will be considered the original order. Customers who mail a confirming order will be responsible for duplicate shipments.
- Call 860-434-1045 to confirm the status of an order. Please wait at least two (2) weeks before attempting to confirm order status.
- Shipments should be inspected upon receipt. If there are discrepancies, please notify Nancy Larson Publishers at 860-434-1045 immediately.
